Refund and Return Policy


Section 1:

30 Days

1. Glitters (except Mixology and Custom Glitters), Tools and Accessories, Silicon Molds.

Items must be returned in New Condition, Unused, and Unopened for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase (shipping is non-refundable). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items need to be in the original package.

Damage or Lost Packages
 - The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Seikiss in the first 24 hours. Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. We will not take any decision (or give a refund if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more.

Excluded Items
 - Mixology Glitters and Custom Glitters, and regular supplies that come in bundles with or without a machine are excluded and not covered for returns or refunds. Also, were purchased with a loan, payment installments, or gift cards are excluded and not covered.

- Any Tumbler machines or UV machines, Mica Powders, Pigment Paste are excluded and not covered for returns or refunds. Also, were purchased with a loan, payment installments, or gift cards are excluded and not covered.

IMPORTANT
 - 1a.  20% restocking fee applies for return item/s. Shipping costs are not refundable.
 - 1b.  RMA # is required to send back any item/s. Please request one by email, without an RMA return will be denied.
 - 1c.  Once we receive your return it can take 7-14 days to be processed.

 

Section 2:

Final Sales, Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

1. Special Items

No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on any Mixology Glitters or Custom Glitters, Tumbler machines, UV Machines, Mica Powders and Pigment PasteAll Sales are final.

IMPORTANT:

Mixology Glitters and Custom Glitters do not have a return or refundAll Sales are final.

  

2. Purchases with Gift Cards 

No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on gift cards or Items (products) were purchased with gift cards. All Sales are final.

 

Section 3:

Cancellations and Refund Orders

1. Processing Fee

 - Regular Cancellations: 3% + $1.00 fee applies to the total amount for any regular canceled orders or refunded orders for the processing fee (the processing fee is non-refundable). Switching any items for one that costs less and that has already been processed, will generate a refund fee for the difference between does items.

- Loan and Installment Cancellations: 10% fee applies to the total amount for any loan or installment canceled orders for the processing fee (the processing fee is non-refundable).

Seikiss reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, fraud, false information, or attempted theft.
